About the recipe

Traditionally, this Filipino dessert is made with cocktail exotic fruits, sweet palm nuts, and sweetened cream, but my creative friend from Apettini Family gave me the idea to add pasta, and the result is WOW – a sweet, festive delicacy!

Products:

  • 200 g Mrs. Apettini fusilli

  • 1 can (850 g) cocktail fruits, drained

  • 1 can (567 g) pineapple chunks, drained

  • 1 can (340 g) coconut cream, drained

  • 1 can (397 g) whipping cream

  • 1 cup (150-200 g) mascarpone

  • 1 can (397 g) sweetened condensed milk


Method of preparation:

  1. Cook the Mrs. Apettini fusilli for 3 minutes according to the package instructions, then rinse them with cold water and allow them to cool.

  2. Whip the dairy cream together with the coconut cream and mascarpone.

  3. Mix all the fruits with the condensed milk in a large bowl and stir well.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

  5. Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves.
