About the recipe

This salad with pasta, pepperoni, tomatoes, and cheese is the best I've ever tried, and people often ask for it.

Products:

  • 400 gr. Fusilli or Penne "Apettini Family"

  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 220 g provolone or other yellow cheese, diced

  • 220 g bacon, cut into thin rounds

  • 113 g pepperoni salami or other sausage, diced

  • 1 large green pepper, cut into 2.5 cm pieces

  • 280 g black olives, drained

  • 120 g slightly spicy, marinated peppers, drained

  • 240 ml Italian salad dressing (olive oil, lemon juice, basil, garlic)

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil the Mrs.Apettini fusilli pasta or Mr.Apettini penne for 3 minutes in boiling water, according to the instructions on the package, then rinse it with cold water and let it cool.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and pour over the Italian salad dressing. Mix well and serve.
