About the recipe
Bruschettini or Bruschetta Pasta Salad is an easy and delicious recipe rich in colors and fresh flavors! Absolute hit for the hot summer days, when you simply don't want to cook, but just enjoy with a cool drink!

Products:
225 g Little Apettino spaghetti
907 g fresh, sweet tomatoes, finely chopped (about 4 cups)
3 cloves garlic, grated
1/2 teaspoon crushed salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
30 ml white balsamic glaze
45 ml finishing olive oil
226 g fresh mozzarella, torn by hand
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
Method of preparation:
Cook the Little Apettino spaghettini for 3 minutes in boiling, salted water.
Drain the pasta and cool it well, then cover it with the finely chopped tomatoes.
Grate the garlic over them, then add the crushed salt, freshly ground black pepper, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.
Tear the ball of mozzarella into bite-sized pieces with your hands and add it on top, followed by a little more salt.
Tear some basil leaves and place them on top, then mix everything together. Taste and season with more salt, pepper, and olive oil if necessary.
