About the recipe
An airy and light dessert without flour and baking soda, that anyone can make.

Products:
200 g Mr. Apettini penne
500 g apples
30 g powdered sugar
200 g granulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 eggs (separated into whites and yolks)
50 g butter
Method of preparation:
Peel and cut the apples into small pieces.
Partially cook them with 100 g of granulated sugar.
Add the cinnamon and stir. Allow to cool.
Melt the butter. Grease an oven-safe dish with part of the butter.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cook the Mr. Apettini penne for 3 minutes in boiling water. Drain and mix with the remaining butter.
Beat the egg yolks with the remaining granulated sugar until they become pale and fluffy.
Whip the egg whites into a foam.
Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture to retain airiness.
Mix the buttered pasta with 2/3 of the egg mixture and all of the apple mixture.
Spread half of the pasta as a layer on the bottom of the dish.
Place the cooked apples on top of the pasta.
Distribute the remaining pasta over the apples, and spread 1/3 of the egg mixture on top.
Bake for 40-50 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
Can be served hot, warm, or even cold.
