About the recipe

Let's prepare dinner... or lunch... or an afternoon snack. The recipe is versatile, and you can substitute the ham with roasted chicken breast or turkey if you prefer, as well as adding corn, red or green onions, tender broccoli florets, baby carrots, and celery. BON APETTINI!

Products:

  • 400 g Mr.Apettini penne

  • 1–2 teaspoons diced smoked ham (can be replaced with chicken)

  • 1 teaspoon grated cheddar or yellow cheese

  • 1 cup snow peas (drained from a can or slightly thawed)

  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped

  • 1/2 chopped red/yellow pepper

  • 1–2 teaspoons cherry tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon milk dressing (100 g yogurt, 50 g olive oil, 10 g finely chopped fresh dill/parsley, 1 clove garlic)


Method of preparation:

  1. Cook the Mr.Apettini pasta according to package directions - for three minutes in boiling water.

  2. Drain in a colander and rinse under cold running water, stirring until completely cool.

  3. Allow the pasta to drain well before transferring to a large bowl.

  4. Add all remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir until well combined.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour.

  6. Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
