1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 ¼ teaspoons salt, divided
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided

Method of preparation:
Preparing the meatballs:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Grease a grill pan with organic oil.
Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan, tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, rosemary, mustard, cayenne pepper, and salt in a large bowl until well combined. With oiled hands, shape mixture into 30 meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake* in the preheated oven, over medium-high heat, until no longer pink inside, about 15 minutes. A thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
*Meatballs can be fried in vegetable oil. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a deep frying pan. Fry, turning occasionally, until all sides are golden and slightly crispy, about 10 minutes total. Reduce heat to low for the last 2-3 minutes.
Preparing the tomato sauce and pasta:
Dice the tomatoes and return them to the can with their juice.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic to the hot olive oil and cook, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes and their juice, tomato sauce, oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper until well combined. Bring the sauce to a simmer and reduce the heat to low. Simmer until the pasta is cooked.
Boil the Little Apettino spaghetti for 3 minutes in boiling, salted water, according to the package instructions.
Drain the pasta and season lightly with a tablespoon of olive oil, a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Serving and arrangement: Place a portion of spaghetti on the bottom of a suitable plate. On top, pour a few spoons of tomato sauce in the middle. Arrange the meatballs, decorated with olive eyes, glued with mayonnaise and legs of pricked saltines. Draw a spider web of mayonnaise with a thin layer.
