Perfectly cooked pasta in a silky, velvety and super creamy sauce, flavored with fresh truffle - you don't need to go to a fancy restaurant to eat an incredible dish Little Apettino Spaghetti with Truffles! This recipe takes just 15 minutes to make and is truly remarkable!

Products:
400 gr. Spaghetti Little Apettino
3 tbsp truffle oil
4 shallots, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 cups of full-fat cream
80 g truffle
2 cups Parmesan cheese , grated
Method of preparation:
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Pour in the truffle oil.
When hot, add the chopped garlic and shallots. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking, or until golden brown.
Grate most of the black truffle.
Use a truffle cutter to make a few slices to decorate the dish.
Add the white wine for deglazing and let it evaporate for 3-5 minutes.
Pour in the heavy cream. Then add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt.
Finish with freshly grated black truffle in the pan.
Stir well and let cook for a minute to allow all the flavors to develop.
Start cooking the pasta for 3 minutes in a pot of boiling water, following the instructions on the package. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the sauce.
Serve on plates, add the truffle slices and enjoy this delicate dish hot!
